Cherry Bell radish produces a red root with white, tender and sweet flesh. This cultivar is heat tolerant and can be grown both in the spring and fall, in the ground and in pots. Both roots and leaves can be eaten when fresh. Otherwise, cut the leaves and store the washed roots in a container or bag in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
