China Rose radish, also called Shunkyo, produces a beautiful oblong-shaped root with pink skin and white, pungent and juicy flesh that resembles a mini daikon. When mature, it can be 20 cm long and 2-4 cm in diameter, but they can be harvested and eaten at a younger age, about one month after sowing. You can also use the seeds for micro shoots that have a beautiful pink color.

depth of sowing: 1.5 cm
optimal temperatures of germination: 5 to 25 ºC
time for germination: 5 to 7 days
When to sow:
direct seeding when the soil can be worked in the spring in your area or when the soil temperature remains above 7.5 ºC
successive sowing every 2 weeks until August for a continuous harvest

Draw a line in the ground (in a pot or in the ground), then sow the seeds

after removing plants that are too close together, bring soil back around the base to prevent the base of the root from being exposed
