Native to the Caribbean, the cubanelle or Cuban bell pepper forms 3-lobed fruits of about 5 cm in diameter and 15 cm in length with rather thin flesh. The plant produces fruits for a long time, first pale yellow/light green, then turning scarlet red. To be tried grilled or fried.
