Greek oregano is one of the most fragrant varieties of oregano. It produces small oval green leaves on slightly reddish stems. Compact and bushy habit. Its small white flowers are also edible. It can be eaten fresh, but drying intensifies its flavor. Appreciated in cooking for its spicy and bitter taste, it is also used in infusions or balms thanks to its beneficial properties on health.
