This heirloom variety of kale produces curly leaves of blue-green color. When mature, the plant is 40 cm high and 75 cm wide. The variety Dwarf Blue Curled Scotch is cold hardy and produces a lot. The shoots can be eaten young or mature. Can be sown in the spring for a summer harvest and in July for a fall harvest.
