Hot Pepper – Cayenne Red Large Thick
As its name indicates, this Cayenne-type cultivar is rather long (12-15 cm), wide (3 cm in diameter) and its walls are quite thick, twice as much as the small Cayenne, but it is a little less strong, it is said to be burning, its value is 30,000 units on the Scoville scale. Although the fruits sometimes tend to bend, they make perfect braids to dry and hang in the kitchen.
WARNING: The seeds of the peppers are pungent, so we recommend handling them with gloves.
