Black Hungarian Hot Pepper goes from green to black and finally turns red when fully ripe.10 to 21 days for germination. 75 days days to harvest (after transplanting)
Black Hungarian Hot Pepper goes from green to black and finally turns red when fully ripe. Its shape resembles that of the jalapeño pepper and its degree of spiciness is rather average (2500-5000 Scoville units). A good choice to spice up dishes! Plants are robust and foliage is dark green tinged with purple. The fruits dry well and are interesting to transform into powder.
WARNING: The seeds of the peppers are pungent, we recommend handling them with gloves.
