Red version of the green Chinese tatsoi cabbage which also forms a beautiful rosette of leaves in the shape of a spoon, this time rather dark purple. A tasty Asian leafy vegetable whose stems and leaves are eaten in salads, stir-fries or soups. Can be harvested when mature after 50 days or when the shoots are young, about three weeks after sowing. Good cold tolerance.
