The Red Acre cultivar produces sweet, compact, firm purple cabbages. Round and uniform, they are about 15 cm in diameter and weigh 1 to 2 kg. This variety adds a nice touch of color to the plate when served raw, but tends to lose its beautiful color when cooked. Good resistance to splitting
