Arugula Rocket – Cultivated(Eruca Sativa)

Eruca sativa. Also called arugula or rucola, common, annual or garden arugula has a peppery taste reminiscent of watercress and nuts. Delicious raw in salads but also lightly cooked. Easy to grow in the ground or in window boxes.

direct and successive sowing every two weeks as soon as the soil is worked in spring, until August/early September
